In her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Megan was fortunate to spend eight years at the Keswick School, a special education therapeutic boarding school for boys ages 9-18 with a variety of complex social-emotional and learning needs. Her time serving as the Director of Related Services in this intensive interdisciplinary environment solidified her career path in serving those with ADHD, Autism, and mental health disorders, along with their families. She learned that supporting the client in a wrap around, collaborative model is crucial to lasting impact and change for the family unit as a whole.
She is endorsed in Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (Vital Stim) and Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES), and has engaged in extensive post-graduate training in Social Communication and Executive Functioning, meeting the criteria for ADHD-Certified Rehabilitation Services Provider (ADHD-RSP) and Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). She developed and directs the Blue Ridge Social Club, and provides services to clients for social communication and executive skill development at Crozet Speech and Learning Center.
Her client and family centered practice focuses on strengthening executive functions and social cognitive communication skills to enhance independence, promote better relationships, and improve quality of life across contexts. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors on her farm with her twin sons, husband, and animals.
Megan founded The SEED Collective to share her passion for development of social communication and executive skills, provide a place for play and community, and to help implement functional strategies for clients with unique learning styles in direct collaboration with other professionals, creating true wrap around services.

Tracy’s passion for education and speech-language pathology began early in life. Tracy is trained in the Early Childhood Coaching Model, which allows her to educate caregivers and other significant adults in a child’s life, ensuring that progress extends beyond the therapy room. She also has specialized training in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) and the PROMPT technique (Levels 1 & 2), which addresses motor speech difficulties and helps children improve overall intelligibility. Tracy is also trained in the Social Thinking Curriculum, and she is currently completing her training to be an ADHD Certified Provider.
Tracy’s approach to speech-language therapy is holistic, incorporating elements of mental health, executive functioning, and language development. Her extensive training and years of experience allow her to create tailored, individualized plans that meet the unique needs of each child she works with.
When she’s not working, Tracy enjoys DIY projects around her home and spending quality time with her husband, three children, and their dog, Monticello, while exploring all that Charlottesville has to offer.
